We chose Gina and Dunamis Interiors Inc. for our remodel project and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our 1933 farmhouse was a challenge, to say the least. Though solidly built, it has settled over the years and there is not a square corner, plumb wall, nor level surface to be found. Gina and her construction team were wizards and completely transformed our kitchen and two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom in particular required some amazing problem solving as it was not originally a bathroom and to make room for the plumbing runs they had to lower the ceiling of the room below! In terms of design, Gina had just the right instincts about modernizing those spaces while retaining the period and architectural integrity of the house. She was also able to dial into our personal style to make informed and creative design choices. Now the most utilitarian spaces in our home are functional and beautiful and it is a true joy to live in the home we always wanted it to be. If you want a rock-solid team to manage your renovation project, go with Gina. She acts as designer, general, finance officer and therapist (when needed!). And the crew of carpenters and tradespeople were as skilled as they were lovely to have on site. Can’t recommend Dunamis Interiors highly enough!

Gina and her team did an excellent job on the remodel We had the basement (1960’s paneling and drop ceilings with fluorescent lights) completely gutted and began anew. They put in rock insulation, excellent job on the drywall by Justin and Rex Hudson plus drywall repair in several rooms upstairs; redid all of our doors, trim, closets (my favorites walk-in closet has a closet …. And guest bedroom has a been redone to house tax records and luggage), we even got a hobbit door for underneath the stairwell, as well as new lighting throughout the house; plantation blinds. A new upstairs bathroom. And so much more. We love our new home! Thank you Gina and team!

I am very pleased with how our remodel turned out. Gina has a great design sense. She provided guidance but also let me make my own choices. She has access to good subcontractors, but you may need to be patient for them to fit you in. In the big picture, this was a very positive experience. Our house is beautiful and suits us well. I am glad that we went with Dunamis.

Gina transformed our log home into what it was ‘meant to be’! Our kitchen is not just the heart of the home, it is the Star. We could not be more pleased. Gina’s imagination and eye for design excellence – not to mention her phenomenal work ethic, made this extensive project memorable in innumerable good ways. And on budget! I Could Not recommend her highly enough, and in fact plan on using Genius Gina for our next project(s). She is professional, knowledgeable, flexible, able and willing to do much of the work herself and a whiz at getting ‘the look’ for less.

As the owner of a custom cabinet company we have worked with Gina for both commercial and residential projects large and small for 15 plus years. She is outstanding in helping with design including, concept, materials, fabrics, and colors. Including cabinetry, furniture, floor coverings, tile and paint. Clients have usually been very pleased with her work.

Complete remodel of three bathrooms kitchen and laundry room. Dunamis Interiors Designer Gina Carlson is very talented and creative. She gave my home the updated look that it so much needed. She did such a fabulous job on my bathrooms, I hired her again to do my kitchen and laundry room. I’ve received many wonderful comments regarding the remodel.

Custom-designed home was made more beautiful with Gina’s expert advice. Her choice of colors (both interior and exterior), use of tiles, wood, and concrete made our house a home. After almost a decade in our home, there’s not one thing we would change. Her design sense is timeless, and her positive attitude priceless.
